  1. 01.Impartiality Declaration

    SmartAgro S.R.L. formally declares its condition as an impartial third party in every inspection, sampling and superintendency operation. Our reports strictly represent the technical result of the analysis, with no commercial influence from any of the parties involved — seller, buyer, carrier, terminal or bank. Any situation that could compromise impartiality is disclosed to the client at the moment and, if applicable, we decline the service.

  2. 02.Quality Policy

    We maintain a documented and auditable quality management system. Operating procedures, testing methods, sample traceability and personnel training are periodically reviewed under continuous improvement. Performance indicators are visible to management and reviewed in formal management review instances.

  3. 03.Professional Integrity

    Our code of conduct governs the actions of the entire team — technical, administrative and management personnel. We expressly prohibit any practice that could constitute bribery, collusion or result tampering. Every team member has the duty to report situations that could compromise service integrity.

  4. 04.Accreditations & Standards

    We operate under the sector's international standards: SENASA (official phytosanitary authorization), GAFTA (Grain and Feed Trade Association), FOSFA (Federation of Oils, Seeds and Fats Associations) and ISO 9001 (quality management system). Every issued report references the applicable standards.
